Join a group of participants and an expert instructor, and 'meet' once a week via telephone conference, from wherever you may be. The Home Study Program consists of 8 weekly call-in sessions lasting 1.5 hours each. Each week focuses on a facet of mindfulness, and practicing mindfulness techniques as a group.
