Product Management: the process of working with designers and developers to successfully build and launch digital products. Join us for an introductory workshop to get a well-rounded perspective on all things product management. During this interactive workshop you will:

***Get a clear understanding of a day in the life of a product manageer (PM), what makes a good PM and practical ways to transition into the field;
***Walk through fundamentals and best practices around minimum viable product (MVP), user stories and overall PM process including prioritizing features, tracking performance and managing stakeholders;
***Engage in group exercises applying what you've learned to design a basic MVP and solve real-life product management scenarios;
***Understand what it is like to be interviewed for a PM role, along with Tips & Tricks;
***Take away useful external resources to advance your product management knowledge.
