Sam Daly will be presenting next Friday at the first Triangle Africa Seminar event. This is the sixth chapter from Sam's manuscript, Sworn on the Gun: Law and Crime in the Nigerian Civil War. It "considers the growth of armed robbery in the former Biafran territories after they were reintegrated into Nigeria as the East Central State."
