Join the Nicholas School of the Environment for a brief information session with Pine Gate Renewables and Blue Ridge Power! This event is open to all Duke students, but we extend a special welcome to Finance, Business, and Econ majors. Are you interested in a career of financing and investing in renewable power projects? Do you want to learn more about what is project finance and how Pine Gate uses it to create a competitive advantage in the market? If so, this event will be presented by Pine Gate Renewable's SVP of Project Finance, Jason Birn who has extensive experience in raising capital in the renewable energy industry. He will cover how the Project finance team works to build capital relationships and advance Pine Gate's strategic project finance initiatives. Also, Jason will discuss full-time opportunities for recent graduates within the Project Finance team and how Pine Gate applies its cultural approach to learning and development space through their Renewable Energy Analyst/Associate Program (REAP) -- a 2-year cohort program. The Nicholas School is proud to welcome back current REAP cohort member, and Duke alumnus, Rajat Pungaliya, Development Analyst. Come prepared to ask questions and learn more.
