Edible Mushroom Workshop

Do you consider yourself a fun gal or a fungi? Then this event is for you! Join us for a mushroom inoculation workshop at the Duke Campus Farm on Saturday, February 28th from 9am-noon. Participants will inoculate mushroom logs and bags while learning about Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms from experts at Duke's Mycology Lab and Durham's Woodfruit Farm. Please note individual logs will not be available for take-home sale, but all participants will be entered into a raffle and a few lucky winners will take home logs!
