I&E Academy: Raising Capital

Fundraising from angel investors and venture capital firms can be difficult, intimidating, and opaque. Understanding the perspective of an early-stage investor can be helpful. This session will describe how venture investors evaluate opportunities, how valuation is determined, and the other terms different investment structures. This session will be useful both for those who plan on raising funding for their venture as well as aspiring investors.
