Mentoring the Next Generation of Biomedical Scientists

This seminar will discuss ways to build positive relationships between principal investigators and their trainees. Dr. Clifford will introduce faculty to structured tools available to help them succeed as mentors and provide the best training experiences for their mentees. The session will be appropriate for mentors at all ranks and all are welcome and encouraged to attend. The talk is specifically geared toward those who mentor postdocs and graduate students.
