Roberta Ness, an internationally renowned physician and scientist, advocates that it is possible to teach scientists to be innovative. To that end, she uses science-based tools - from frames to analogies to brainstorming -in her Innovative Thinking course for graduate students at the University of Texas School of Public Health.
