The Health Sector Management program at the Fuqua School of Business presents: HSM Symposia, "Health Care Reform in the Supreme Court." In a highly unusual action, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments concerning Health Care Reform legislation on three consecutive days: March 26, 27 and 28. Fuqua's HSM program presents a panel of policy analysts, lawyers and industry experts discussing: - The arguments and the justices' reactions, how they relate to the future of "reform" and the role of government in the healthcare markets.- The likely reactions of various stakeholders to potential outcomes.
