New Faculty Orientation is designed to give those who are relatively new to Duke an overview of topics important for navigating a successful career here. The program will include material on understanding Duke's institutional structure, career navigation, research, and the appointments, promotion, and tenure process. Faculty in attendance will have a chance to meet and interact with school leaders during orientation. Participants include the Dean and Vice Deans of the School of Medicine.
