Learn how to open and prepare a bed for planting, basic soil improvement strategies, selecting plants and planting skills from Andy Currin, a horticulturist and avid gardener, and Jan Little, director of education and public programs. Class will be based in the Discovery Garden to see theory in practice. The two-class workshop continues Oct. 13.
