What on Earth is Soil?

Ever wonder what really makes up the ground we walk on? A basic understanding of soil composition will assist you in growing a healthy and expansive garden. Led by Eric Bowen, founder of Durham Locally Grown, the class will include simple experiments and tests to be done at home to learn more about your soil and its nutrients. Continues for four Tuesdays until May 14 and includes a Saturday field session on May 11 from 9 a.m.-noon.
