LIVE FOR LIFE @ Duke Take Ten for Your Heart Exercise Class (es).

On-line registration is required for these interactive special edition classes will focus on how exercise fights heart disease, in support of the AHA, are at no charge and will be led by LIVE FOR LIFE Fitness Specialists. The classes will be a combination of cardio/strength and flexibility. As the classes progress, they will be accompanied with weekly emails on how you can fit 10-minute sessions of physical activity into your day. The program runs from Monday, June 24 through Friday, July 25th.
