Cost: $5; free for Gardens members (registration required).
Join Cynthia Fox, of Chapel Hill's Wild Bird Center, for an early stroll through the Gardens. Listen and learn to recognize many bird songs, spot the bird, and identify these wonderful songsters. This is an opportunity to learn more about birding or a wonderful time to interact with fellow birders. Children ages 8 and older are welcome if accompanied by a registered adult. Please dress for the weather and bring your binoculars. In the event of questionable weather, call 919-668-1707.
