GEORGE PAXINOS AO DSc FASSA FAA (NHMRC Australia Fellow and Professor of Psychology and Medical Sciences, Neuroscience Research Australia) completed his BA at the University of California-Berkeley, his PhD at McGill University, and spent a post-doctoral year at Yale. He has written 42 books on the structure of the brain of humans and experimental animals. His 1st book with Charles Watson, The Rat Brain in Stereotaxic Coordinates, is the 3rd most cited book in science. His work was recognized by the Humboldt Prize and the Award of Excellence of The Association of American Publishers.
