$40 for all eight, $8 to drop in
This challenging class will takes place on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6 PM starting Weds May 16 and running thu June 11th. Your trainer/drill sergeant will put you through a series of tough body weight exercises and drills while you and your classmates make great improvements in your overall fitness levels. Only $40 for all eight sessions or drop in for $8 per session. All students as well as faculty/staff memebrs of the gym are welcome. Class will take place on the K-Ville lawn in front of Wilson as well as in the recreation center.
