Duke University medical student group MedMentors offers tutoring to residents of the Durham County Youth Home. Tutoring supplies and teaching materials are provided, but volunteers are welcome to bring their own resources and teach whatever subjects they feel most comfortable in. A background check and several community health modules are required in advance of the first visit; please contact us to arrange them. Location: 2432 Broad Street, Durham NC.
