Location: Duke Campus Farm

Come and learn how to create a delicious and nutritious elixir for a fraction of the cost of what it costs at Whole Foods. We¿ll learn how to boil, brew and bottle Kombucha, a magical tonic touted to have multiple health benefits. If your lucky, we¿ll even have some homebrewed kombucha to sample. And, are you tired of your sauerkraut and looking for other ways to pickle veggies? Aren¿t we all? Come and learn how to make kimchi. We¿ll make up a fresh batch and send you home with some to ferment on your own. Participants will leave with their own quart mason jar filled Kombucha starter and a small jar of kimchi.
