Join us for a lecture by Warwick Britton, MB, PhD. Dr. Britton, Bosch Professor of Medicine and Professor of Immunology at the University of Sydney and head of the Mycobacterial Research Program at the Centenary Institute, focuses his studies on the development of novel BCG vaccines against tuberculosis, the dissection of cellular immunity to mycobacteria and their antigens, and the genetic analysis of host immune responses to infection. He has worked extensively in Nepal and Vietnam on leprosy and TB. He is currently working with the National Tuberculosis Program in Hanoi to help improve TB control in Vietnam.
