Drop-in rate of $15 per session
This class is for beginners, or experienced yoga students wishing to learn more about precise alignment. Anasura instructor Olynda Smith will explore yogic philosophy, meditation, and movement. Learn to build your flexibility, lower stress, increase strength and live fully in each moment. Each participant will complete a waiver form prior to the start of class. Please bring your own yoga mat & a firm blanket or cushion. Come in comfortable clothing, with an empty stomach and an open mind. Class will be in the Doris Duke Center. Pre-registration required.
