    The Dept. of Theater Studies Theater Previews New Works Lab presents a staged reading of A Brave Woman in Mexico, the first play in the three-play cycle So Go the Ghosts of Mexico by Matthew Paul Olmos. The play will be directed by Jonathan Cullen, visiting artist from Great Britain. The reading (both Fri and Sat nights) is in 209 East Duke Bldg.The Saturday evening performance will be preceded by a panel discussion at 6:30 pm in conjunction with the final reception for the Days of the Dead: From Mexican Roots to Present-Day Practice in the United States exhibit in the Fredric Jameson Gallery in 115 Friedl. A light dinner reception is included, allowing attendees to move directly from the panel to the nearby staged reading. Dinner rsvps to jennysw@duke.edu are appreciated but not required. The dinner reception and the staged reading are free and open to the public.
