The Fuqua School of Business and the Duke University Hospital Office of Graduate Medical Education invite you to attend our "Health Care Reform Panel: Obama-care versus Canada Single-Payer Care". Light refreshments will be served. Keynote speaker, Jeff Simpson, National Affairs Columnist, The Globe and Mail, will discuss access to care in Canada and the comparison between the Canadian healthcare system and that of the U.S. This will be followed by a panel discussion on access to health care in the US after health care reform. Panel members include: Kevin Schulman, Professor of Medicine and Gregory Mario and Jeremy Mario Professor of Business Administration; Don Taylor, Associate Professor, Public Policy; Barak Richman, Edgar P. and Elizabeth C. Bartlett Professor of Law; Sandra Danoff, DUHS Chief Strategy Officer. The panel will be moderated by Mac McCorkle, Associate Professor of the Practice of Public Policy and Director of Graduate Studies, Master of Public Policy Program.
