Transformation of Care: Integrating the Registered Nurse Care Coordinator into the Patient Centered Medical Home

Pamela J. Biernacki, MSN, RN, NP-C will be defending her DNP Capstone Project to graduate with her DNP degree this Spring. Her project is entitled, "Transformation of Care: Integrating the Registered Nurse Care Coordinator into the Patient Centered Medical Home" on Friday, April 4th at 11:00a EST. Presentation is 1 hour and is open to the public. Pamela's talk will be in the Duke School of Nursing (Pearson Building - Conference Room 3088).
