The Referendum on Scottish Independence

Professor Christopher Carman, head of the School of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Glasgow will talk about the Scottish referendum. If passed, the referendum would make Scotland an independent country and no longer part of the United Kingdom. The vote will take place in September.
