Deep sequencing Hodgkin Lymphoma: Discovery to Clinical Translation

Dr. Gascoyne will speak about using gene expression profiling to discovery gene signatures emanating from the microenvironment in classical HL that inform on prognosis. His work includes copy number studies and gene expression profiling of microdissected Hodgkin Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells and how these help to understand clinical outcome and biology and the application of next generation sequencing to discovery of recurrent mutations in HRS cells.Lunch will be provided.
