OIT Training Learn IT @ Lunch - Collaboration Made Easy with Box

Join us for this session on how to use the new Duke Box service to effectively collaborate. We'll cover how to: share links with users (both Duke and non-Duke), exchange documents without attaching them to email messages, add collaborators to a project folder, edit documents "live" and use the task feature to get things done. We will also cover how to safely exchange sensitive information without compromising security. Learn IT @ Lunch is designed to be an opportunity to learn about technology in a relaxed lunch environment. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q & A. No pre-registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: Lunch is not provided. Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
