Pascal Lamy: Global Value Chains and the New World of Trade

Pascal Lamy, former director-general of the World Trade Organization, will give the Von Der Hayden Lecture as the keynote address of the Duke Global Summit on Governance and Development in a Value Chain World. Global value chains are the face of the modern global economy, which has implications for international development, trade and investment.
