The AAMC/CDC/Fullerton Sponsored Population Health Training Webinars serve as a platform for leaders on the forefront of the population health movement to share how they are incorporating population health into their practice and into their clinician training. The webinars are also a place where educators can learn about care redesign efforts underway, bridging the gaps between training/research and care redesign.Barbara Sheline, MD, MPH, Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Duke, will share about the Primary Care Leadership Track's 4-year curriculum and how it incorporates population health.Marna Canterbury, MS, RD, Director of Community Health and Wellness at the Lakeview Health Foundation, will share about the foundation's programs and partnerships, community and partner engagement methods, and a case study showing population health in action.The webinar is geared toward faculty teaching, or interested in teaching, population health.
