(Registration Required) Session 10: Staying on Track. Your Weigh...Together is designed for individuals who seek group and individualized support to adopt a healthy lifestyle with a sound approach to nutrition, exercise and behavior change. The program begins with an individual session with your program leader (a LFL Dietitian) to set an individualized weight loss plan. This is followed by 10 weekly group sessions. Each participant receives: participant workbook, web-based food and activity tracking, meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, optional measurement of metabolic rate, and a digital pedometer.
