Grief Matters

In "Managing Space for Your Heart," a short-form journaling workshop for staff led by Literary Arts Coordinator Katja Hill, we will promote strategies for healthy grieving and self-care using journals as a medium to deal with loss. Drop-in for these brief sessions as you can or attend the whole four-part series. No advance registration or previous experience is required. Journals and pens provided free of charge.
