An Integrative Model of University-Community Partnership for DROPOUT PREVENTION

Dr. Brewster will present a new integrative model for university-community partnership that incorporates research, community engagement, and undergraduate development through an intensive focus on dropout prevention efforts. The model involves a broad range of scholarly activities, from grant writing to undergraduate mentoring to community-based collaborative research. She will illustrate how the model guides the design, implementation, and evaluation of projects within and across individual schools.
