Individual Development Plans (IDPs) help you to examine your skills and interests, explore potential career paths, and create specific goals. For example, ScienceCareers has the myIDP tool (http://myidp.sciencecareers.org/) for STEM graduate students. How to use an IDP, though, is sometimes not clear. Stop by this informal IDP Lab to explore different tools and to start using them to guide your career. Stay for a few minutes or the entire time. Career Center advisers will be on hand to help you make sense of your results and set achievable goals.
