The Associates Program (TAP) is a global rotational program aimed at developing future leaders at Capital Group. Main elements of the program include: six rotations across different business areas and offices, graduate-level business and finance classes, personalized career coaching, and a seventh non-profit rotation. It's an extraordinary way to learn about yourself and your future career interests while exploring the world of financial services. A background in business or economics is NOT necessary, all concentrations are welcome.
