Being active by running or walking is a great way to manage weight, increase activity and combat stress.. Duke Run/Walk Club is a 12 week program running August 22nd through November 9th. Whether you are looking to start a beginner-level walking program, or you are an avid runner looking for a group to run with, the Run/Walk Club program is for anyone willing to lace up their sneakers. Or exercise at your convenience as an "Independent" participant. We have groups on 3 different campuses, including Duke Regional and Duke Raleigh.
