Raising Monarch Butterflies

Monarch butterflies are inspiring. Four life stages for each butterfly and four generations per year! It's the late fall generation that sets off on its amazing migration south for the winter, returning to our neighborhoods in the spring to begin the process all over. Learn about this as Lori takes you through the life of a monarch and explains how to house and feed them. Each participant will receive a butterfly box, host plants, a caterpillar or chrysalis (depending upon season) and Lori's booklet of reference materials to take home. For children ages 9 and up.
