"50 Years of Lemurs at Duke" Exhibit Opening

Have you ever wondered why we have lemurs at Duke or what the animals are up to when they aren't captivating our guests on tours? Hint: They're originally from Yale, and they might just be using touch-screen computers! Learn this and so much more at "50 Years of Lemurs at Duke," an exhibit on display from October 2016 to February 2017 in the Chappell Family Gallery just inside the entrance of Perkins Library.

An opening reception hosted by Duke University Libraries will be held on Thursday, October 27 from 4:00-6:00 PM. The event will feature brief opening remarks by Anne Yoder, followed by a drop-in reception with light refreshments in the gallery. DLC staff will be on hand to answer questions and share stories. This will be a low-key, fun social event, and you can stay for as little or as long as you'd like! No tickets, no charge, and no RSVPs required. All are welcome!

Co-sponsored by Duke University Libraries.
