Using Logic Models for Program Development & Program Evaluation
This session will review the components to and use of a logic model, which is a framework for conveying a program/organization/initiative internal theory of change. We will discuss the purposes of a logic model, the basic framework of a logic model, and strategies for developing a logic model for your own program/organization/initiative. We will also include a group interactive component to gain hands-on experience in logic model development. Throughout the session, we will focus on the role of a logic model in framing evaluation-based organizational learning.
