Improving Surgical Teaching

A panel including surgical educators, a sport psychologist, and an ergonomics specialist will provide tools for supervising surgeons to teach skills more effectively and efficiently.

*Review of a variety of surgical teaching techniques
*Application of athletic coaching methods to surgical coaching
*Ergonomic approaches in the OR to improve precision and to reduce surgeon injury
