Fall 2013 Seminar Series: Neil Brown

Neil Brown, non-resident fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, will present a talk titled "Energy, Security, and Congressional Inaction" on Nov. 22. During the lecture, Brown will provide a general overview of the ways in which energy policy is viewed in the United States and take questions.
