LIVE FOR LIFE @ Duke - "Registration is Now Open" Fall Yoga Series! 7-week session

Led by Cassandra Callas, a Duke Yoga instructor: Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga in which the transitions from one pose to another are just as important as the poses themselves. Improve you overall strength, flexibility, balance, body awareness, endurance, relaxation, mindfulness and reduce risk of injury. Leave feeling like you had a great workout but also invigorated and renewed. Progressions and modifications are offered so all skill levels are welcome. (Please bring water, your own towel and wear comfortable shoes and clothing to the class.)The Fall Yoga Series will be offered as a 7-week session (November 4th-December 16th) that will meet every Tuesday from 12:00-12:45. Cost is $24.00 and class size is limited to 15 participants. Class will be held in the John Hope Franklin Center, room 240. To register for the 7-week session please stop by or call the LFL front office at 919-684-3136, option 1. Your reservation for the 7-week session won't be secure until payment is received.
