Death with Dignity: the Brittany Maynard Story

On November 1, twenty-nine-year-old terminally ill cancer patient Brittany Maynard chose to take a pill prescribed to end her life. Some applaud her decision to die on her own terms, but others question the ethics of her decision. Where do we draw the line for euthanasia and decision-making at the end of life? Join Professor Jennie Hawkins and paramedic Anita Swiman to discuss this case, ethical issues around decision-making, and Death with Dignity laws.
