Duke Authenticity Project

The Duke Authenticity Project asks you, as a first year student, to dig deep, discover, and explore your character, your relationships, and how both contribute to your practice of authentic leadership. What makes me, me? How do I share my real self with others? The answers may surprise you.You will join in small and large group discussions, participate in workshops, and spend time with other students who value authenticity. You will explore how your character manifests in your daily life, and how your personal commitment to authenticity is the foundation to forming lasting friendships and being a strong leader. Discover how your personal commitment to authenticity is core to your ability to lead, and lead well.
