Meet the Artist at Duke Hospital: "Being Still" Paintings by Rachel Campbell

"Being Still" is a collection of oil paintings by artist Rachel Campbell which document the beauty in the mundane. "The everyday inspires my work, and for me it is full of stories. So my paintings are really narratives. But instead of using word play I reflect and speak with paint."Located in the Arts & Health Galleries, Concourse between Duke Hospital North and the Duke Medicine Pavilion.Rachel will be at the gallery space for a "Meet the Artist" event on Wednesday, June 24th and Wednesday, July 1 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm.
