The season is abundant with bounty from the garden! Learn how to use that produce in this class series. Katie Coleman brings many years' experience as a chef and great skill at teaching people how to cook. In this class Katie will introduce you to five salad recipes with fresh, new ideas for flavorful salads. We will make the salads as a group and then enjoy an early salad lunch!
