Learn how to open and prepare a bed for planting, basic soil improvement strategies, how to select plants, and planting skills. Class will work in the Charlotte Brody Discovery Garden to see theory in practice. Meet at the Doris Duke Center.Meeting dates: 2 Saturdays, Nov. 7 & 14, 9 a.m.-noon. Participant limit: 15.
