Free short course on Vacuum Basics, Physical Vapor Deposition, and ALD offered by Lesker on Duke's campus Nov 10.
A free short course on Vacuum Basics, Physical Vapor Deposition, and ALD will be by the Kurt Lesker company. The short course will be held on November 10 from 10 am to 3 pm in 330 Gross Hall.
