Dr. Dorceta E. Taylor's 1st Talk: "The Salience of Diversity and Inclusivity in Environmental Organizations: Current Status and Future Strategies."

This talk focuses on the historical and contemporary factors that have influenced the level of diversity and inclusivity in environmental organizations and the movement writ large. Dr. Taylor will examine the current status of diversity in environmental organizations and provide an update on changes since the publication of the 2014 The State of Diversity in Environmental Institutions report. She will also examine strategies that have been effective in enhancing diversity in the field.
