Tomatoes, eggplants and squashes are the tastes of the season. Katie will teach you a variety of ways to use these and other vegetables to make fresh salsa and other delectable spreads. Learn the technique and then enjoy sampling the full variety. Katie brings many years of experience as a chef and great skill at teaching people how to cook. Join us for one class, or the entire series. Each class includes in-class tastings.
