Leveraging e-portfolios for Reflection

Is reflection by any other name just as sweet? We think so! Duke has adopted PebblePad, an e-Portfolio system, to facilitate students' reflection on learning experiences in ways that emphasize integration, synthesis, and self-understanding. This alignment with Duke Service-Learning goals for students to critically reflection on the relationship between academic courses and service experiences, as well as the ethical and civic dimensions of service, means service-learning faculty have the opportunity to pioneer our use of PebblePad in student reflection.
