Cooking from the Garden: Cold Soups and Salads from the Summer Garden

Time to feast upon spring and summer vegetables! Join us for one class, or the entire series with instructor Katie Coleman, chef and owner of Durham Spirits Company. Each class includes in-class tastings. Expand your repertoire of summer season salads, along with refreshing cold soups. You will work in small groups to make recipes and then enjoy tasting all the salads and soups.
